The delivery charge is standard BD 0.880.
2.6 Damaged or Missing Goods
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or missing upon delivery, we will gladly assist with an exchange for a new item. If your order qualifies for a refund, we will issue the refund by cash (for order below BHD100) or by cheque (for order above BHD100), after deducting 1.1% towards processing changes. The processing time for refunds may take 14 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
